The prices quoted on this site include Postage and packaging to the United Kingdom mainland only. Prices for products on this site are in GBP(£) only.

Images of Products on the Site are for illustrative purposes; actual Products may differ from such images.

Once you click the "Buy" button for a product you will be redirected to the Paypal website and Paypal will handle your payment. Paypal's terms and conditions can be viewed here.

Ownership of the Products will only pass to you upon full payment of all sums due to us in respect of the Products (including delivery charges). The Products will be at your risk from the time of delivery.

Products will be delivered to the address passed to us by Paypal, please ensure your address logged with Paypal is correct and or confirmed.

Every endeavor will be made to deliver products in the time stated on the relevant page of this site however, we cannot guarantee delivery by the relevant date due to circumstances beyond our control.

Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full (including the cost of sending the Products to you, and the cost of returning the Products to us**). Alternatively, if we and you agree, we may supply you with a replacement or substitute Product. See refunds and returns below.

These terms are made for the benefit of the ourselves and the buyer and is not intended to benefit, or be enforceable by, any other person.

The right of the either the buyer or ourselves to terminate, rescind, or agree any amendment, variation, waiver or settlement under this Agreement is not subject to the consent of any person who is not a party to this Agreement.

Refunds and returns policy

**We will only refund/replace items that are faulty or that do not match the description given (excluding plaque sizes as these will vary due to finishing and the number and size of letters and/or numbers requested by the buyer). Notification of faulty items must be made as soon as possible or within 7 days of receipt by email at admin@network-22.com and/or by phone on 01543 686308 and by giving the item number/description. The buyer will pay a reasonable price for the item to be returned and only when it is conclude that the item is faulty or does not match the item description a full refund including postage and return postage will be made. As House/Stable name and House number plaques are made to order errors in lettering or numbers made by the buyer when buying items are not covered by this policy.
